A great event in a venue we've not use for a number of years. Being out of Manchester didn't suit some of our members, however, the 75 who attended thought it to be another super evening.

Starter            Truffle chicken terrine, apricot, foie gras espuma

 

Fish course    Smoked haddock & leek risotto, parmesan crackling

 

Main course   Haunch of venison, salt baked celeriac, bitter chocolate

 

Desert             Caramelised apple tarte tatin, Calvados anglaise, preserved blackberries
